1 kg Marzipan (such as Odense Raa Marzipan)
4 dl Icing Sugar
2 Egg whites
[knead it together]
Kransekage:
Roll it into variable long poles and assemble them as rings. Bake them at 200° Celcius, 10 minutes. Decorate them with thin lines of Icing (see below). Place the rings on top of eachother, the largest at the bottom and the smallest on top (building a tower of them). Decorate with chocolate, berries, crackers (those paper things that says BANG when pulling the ends fast from eachother).
Small Kranse-Cakes:
Cut the dough into small finger sticks, bake them at 200° Celcius, 10 minutes. Decorate them with thin lines of Icing (see below).
Icing:
150 gr Icing sugar
1 1/2 Egg whites
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoons Vinegar
